Date & Time: March 9 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Join the Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education and the Georgia Early Education Alliance for Ready Students (GEEARS) for a Critical Issues Forum exploring the imperative of investing in and protecting our early learning workforce. Our keynote speaker, Rhian Evans Allvin, CEO, National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), will spotlight the pressing national issues around early education. She will be followed by a panel discussion on the state-level actors and strategies necessary to improve the early education infrastructure. We will conclude the event with a “Spotlight on Innovation,” where one early learning center will be sharing their innovative efforts to address the early learning workforce shortage while continuing to focus on high quality learning experiences for all their students.
