Deadline for EPFP Applications Extended to June 10

Dear Colleague:

Due to several calendar-filling requirements – graduations, end of school, Memorial Day holiday – that always come with the end of May, we have extended the application deadline for our next Education Policy Fellowship Program class one week to June 10.

Since the program began in 2008, more than 150 Fellows have graduated, increasing the education policy expertise in Georgia.  Without exception, the Fellows sing the praises of the program and are our best salesmen and women.  This short video captures the impact four 2015 grads feel the program makes, why they chose to participate and why others with an interest in education policy in Georgia should apply. Here is more from the 2014 Fellows!

We recently graduated the 22 Fellows from Cohort #8.   Brian Pauling, president and CEO, 100 Black Men of America, Inc., was chosen by his classmates to deliver the class address.  Brian articulates what he and his classmates discovered this year during the 10-month course.  I encourage you to share his remarks as well as those from our 2014-2015 Fellows above.

Here is the application form.  It includes submission information.  If you need more details about the program, visit the Georgia Partnership’s web site.  If you have questions, don’t hesitate to drop me a note. Please forward to your associates.

Thank you for your support!
