We are in the final stages of registration for the next Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education Critical Issues Forum: Opportunity, Prosperity & Growth: Education’s Role. A guest speaker and panel will provide an in-depth review and discussion of the growth of income inequality and its relationship with social mobility, of the growing divide in educational opportunities and outcomes for high- and low-income students, and the pivotal role education can play in increasing the ability to move up the income ladder.
WHO/WHAT: Information sheet and registration form (Updated)
WHEN: Thursday, November 17, 10 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Participants should plan to arrive with sufficient time (no later than 9:30 is recommended) to clear the security process and be seated prior to 10 a.m.
WHERE: Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta
HOW: All Georgia Partnership Critical Issues Forums are free and open to the public. Due to the location of this event, all attendees MUST register no later than noon, Monday, November 14 to gain access. You may either print the registration form and return it to the Georgia Partnership per the instructions on the form or register directly online. Unlike other Forums, walk-ins will not be accepted. You must register to attend.
PARKING: There is no on-site parking. There is street and lot parking surrounding the Federal Reserve Bank. Here is an information sheet with details.
